I had a mobile IV service done at my home in Litchfield, and Viki Madruga was absolutely amazing. She came to my house while I was feeling really unwell, and despite me not feeling my best (and my house being a bit of a mess), she was incredibly kind, respectful, and comforting the entire time.
Viki made the whole experience so much easier. The IV insertion was completely painless, which I was honestly nervous about, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She was very attentive, professional, and had such a calm, reassuring presence.
Overall, her customer service was excellent. I truly appreciated how respectful and caring she was, and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering a mobile IV service.
