From intake to services, we were taken care of, and super impressed! Hannah is great to work with at initial contact, kept us updated, etc. Eric was our provider, and we were SO impressed with him. He got there, explained everything, asked about symptoms, and made amazing suggestions on what was needed. He discussed price points on each option, made sure he was engaging, attentive, and also got the iv placed first try (we were worried about that due to dehydration). All around, he made the experience , easy, and impressed us with the efficiency, kindness, and professionalism. My sister INSTANTLY felt better after the infusion, it made a GIANT difference after 2 1/2 weeks of illness. If you’re considering booking for their services, DO IT.
