I had a really great experience with Pure IV. I was extremely sick with GI symptoms—vomiting and diarrhea—and they came to my home promptly. Brenda was my nurse, and she was professional, knowledgeable, and very compassionate. The IV fluids and medications made a huge difference, and I started feeling better quickly. I truly appreciated the convenience and high level of care. Highly recommend!”

Jacki Bracken was incredible from start to finish. She showed up right on time, was super professional, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and helped me choose the IV that actually made sense for what I needed. I had a mobile IV service done at my home in Litchfield, and Viki Madruga was absolutely amazing. She came to my house while I was feeling really unwell, and despite me not feeling my best (and my house being a bit of a mess), she was incredibly kind, respectful, and comforting the entire time.
Viki made the whole experience so much easier. The IV insertion was completely painless, which I was honestly nervous about, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She was very attentive, professional, and had such a calm, reassuring presence.
Overall, her customer service was excellent. I truly appreciated how respectful and caring she was, and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering a mobile IV service.
