Jenn was my super hero. She saved my multi day 140 mile Kokopelli mountain bike trip that I had trained nearly 4 months for. Sure enough, I got sick roughly 2-3 weeks before my trip. COVID hits me weird, I get a lot of GI symptoms and a ton of nasal and sinus pressure. 5-6 days before my big ride I was still doing horrible. It wasn’t good. I had Jenn come over and give me everything she had My symptoms the next day were cut in half. It kick started my healing process. I wasn’t cured! That would be a lie. But my symptoms quickly started resolving over the next 5 days and made it to my 4 day ride and completed it Years ago. The same exact thing happened weirdly. I was a week or so before my 300 mile ride on the Arizona Trail. And her treatments helped me immensely on making it on time.
