I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Tentworld in Fyshwick, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. My partner and I were on the hunt for the perfect tent for our upcoming trips, and Jack went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand our needs, guiding us to the Zempire TL Pro V2.
Jack's expertise made the decision-making process so much easier, and he answered all our questions with great detail, making sure we felt confident in our choice. His customer service was exceptional, and we really appreciated his approach—no pressure, just genuine help.
We're so excited to set up our Zempire TL Pro V2 and can't wait to take it on our adventures. If you're in the market for a tent or camping gear, I highly recommend visiting Tentworld in Fyshwick, and if you get the chance, definitely ask for Jack!

I visited Tent World in Fyshwick last Friday to explore options for repairing or replacing a tent pole. Although I arrived just before closing, the staff member was very friendly and provided detailed advice on how to proceed, even though the product wasn't part of their sales line. I'm very pleased with their service and response.

So impressed with the service here. Ordered a tent online and it was sent very promptly. Unfortunately we had an issue with one arm of the tent, but Tim was amazing and offered great advice as at that stage we weren't sure whether it was a user issue or a tent issue.
Whilst that didn't work, when I called back and explained there was no issue with claiming warranty. I have now put up the new tent and it works perfectly.
A big thanks to 'the boss' as well who had a chat with me whilst we were swapping over the tents. Super knowledgeable and again took the time to have a chat and give camping advice.
Thanks! I will definitely be coming back here for anything else I need for camping and recommending to others.

Love this store, it’s my first choice for camping gear. Helpful advice from people that use the gear themselves. Quality brands and often cheaper than other places. I prefer to buy in-store but their website is good for when the store doesn’t have stock on hand.

I worked in sales for 10 years and I must say it’s nice to find a place in the industry that actually offers great customer service. Definitely my go to shop for all things camping now, I have been served by multiple staff and they are always helpful and willing to go out of there way. Highly recommend trying them out. Absolutely Awesome experience at the Fyshwick store served by Josh and Adam. I called looking for to see if they had a swag in stock and even though they didn't when I came in that afternoon to have a look at the alternatives they went above and beyond to help me even though they knew I was going to have to buy online. Absolutely couldn't fault their service!

A positive experience online and with the Fyshwick store staff. Picked out a sleeping bag online, then selected the option to pick up in store as a ‘reserved’ item. Got a sms reminder. Went to Fyshwick, a friendly staff member showed me comparable items on display. Decided on the one I selected, signed up, received my receipt via email. Happy customer! I do remember visiting in the past (more than a year ago) where staff would chat among themselves and I felt invisible. But yesterday’s customer service was great.

We are just getting into camping and popped in to look at your range. Your staff were just fantastic, always there when needed and happy to help. We went to have a look at BCF and Anaconda, not a single person approached us. We were looking to buy a full set up, tent/cooking ware and potentially a BBQ.
