I highly recommend MVP Therapy & Sports Medicine, West End. This is the third time that I have had to go to physical therapy and this has been my best experience by far. The entire team is exceptional and the facility is top-notch. In addition to being very knowledgeable, the staff is encouraging and invested in your progress. My physical condition has improved notably due to both the personalized treatment plan they developed for me, as well as their caring supervision. Given my positive results and experience, my wife is now an MVP patient as well.

After having extensive foot surgery I knew my recovery would depend greatly on the physical therapy afterwards. I had been very pleased with the therapy I had received here 8 years ago, so I decided to return and I could not be more pleased. Brandon has a very caring and professional staff which is felt as soon as you enter the MVP facility in Midlothian! My therapist had a great understanding of my surgery and knowledge of the healing process. She employed a variety of exercises and manual therapy which increased my strength and function on a weekly basis! Her words of encouragement provided the motivation I needed at just the right time. She knew when to challenge me to push a little harder. Anna Claire and Alexa were an outstanding team who helped me meet my goals to return to my pre-surgery activities and for that I am most grateful ! MVP is THE BEST !!

The team at “MVP Therapy - West End” fixed my frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). When I started the therapy, I had very limited range of motion in my left shoulder and pain radiating down my left arm. Within 2 weeks of therapy, the pain in my arm was gone. It took 3 months of therapy to regain the full range of motion in my left shoulder, but we made steady progress with each session. I highly recommend Shawn and Melanie for physical therapy. They did an assessment of my condition and developed a therapy plan that worked. Melanie understood how to work on my shoulder to increase the range of motion. My range of motion increased with each session, and the improvements persisted from session to session. I continue to do exercises that I did in the therapy sessions, which helps me maintain the full range of motion in my shoulder.

MVP is truly a first class operation. I have encountered other local physical therapists in town, but these guys not only know exactly what they are doing, know just how hard to push, form an excellent team together and clearly enjoy their jobs. I looked forward to my appointments and my interactions were all very positive with their staff across the board. Felt very welcome as soon as I entered the building. During the intoductory interview and exam I felt like they were truely trying to understand my specific problem. They were clear with their instructions and included the rationale for each exercise. I felt comfortable there and everyone knew my nname.

My experience with shoulder rehab was excellent. Kelleen pushed as needed and held me back as needed. The facility is convenient, and the people there are kind and fun. I was able to get a schedule that met my needs and took away the information that I needed to continue on my own.

Sarah and Kelleen have been working with me for about a month now, but they have seriously changed my life. I had previously been going to another PT after an overuse/gluteal syndrome had stopped me from being able to competitively run. They have been able to help me make more progress within one month than any other treatment team or doctor has been able to for nearly a year. I am fortunate to be able to continue to run and exercise, but I'd be remiss if I didn't mention how much they genuinely care about my mental health and how I'm personally doing with everything. It has been a very tiring journey on many different fronts other than physical and they TRULY CARE. They have seen me in tears, but they have also been able to make me smile and laugh and feel accomplished during the hardest moments and days when I want to give up or feel everything is pointless. I have never looked forward going to PT or any doctor in general, but I get stoked waking up on a day I know I have PT and get to work with them. I have been going for physical off and on for years before and after my surgeries. I have always gotten the best care. That's why I highly recommend them to anyone.

I went to them on my own for what I believed was a meniscus problem with my right knee from past experience. Anna Claire Trei,DPT did a consultation and evaluation of my knee an agreed with my self diagnosis. We agreed on a plan for rehabilitation of the meniscus to avoid possible surgery with which I agreed. Anna Claire took a special interest an listened to what I wished to achieve from the process. There always was the possibility that I would need surgery but I wanted to try rehabilitation first. As it turned out I ultimately elected to have the meniscus repaired though surgery. MVP did my PT rehabilitation from the surgery an showed the same interest an concern for my recovery. The road to full recovery was achieved through MVP’s wonderful staff’s knowledge and dedication to my needs. I highly recommend MVP Therapy & Sports Medicine for your PT needs and recovery.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had with Brandon Ream & his team! I had my knee replaced the end of October 2023. Yes, they made me work for it, but every exercise was beneficial to my recovery. My favorite was the leg press where they started me at 60lbs & I finished at 100lbs. Every Team member was knowledgeable and compassionate and I highly recommend MVP for any of your physical therapy needs!

Very nice people who were very supportive. Their positive attitudes helped to make it a good experience. I recovered full range of motion for my injured shoulder and got back to living my life. :)

Had a fantastic experience at MVP - Midlo! Worked with them several weeks to address ongoing shoulder pain. Improvements were noted throughout the course of my therapy and hopefully they have me on track to be pain free. The whole staff was great but can't say enough good things about Anna Claire! You can tell she loves what she does and that clearly comes through in her interactions with her patients. Not sure why I picked MVP for my PT but I'm sure glad I did!

This was my 4th round of PT, but first time with MVP. I can honestly say that it was by far, the best experience of all of them. Everyone on the staff from receptionist to Therapist as absolutely lovely! They're all genuinely invested in your health and go out of their way to make sure they do everything within their power to help you improve. I strongly recommend MVP over all other PT clinics in the Richmond area.
