Absolutely loved my experience with MVP! When I came into MVP several months ago I was going through a rough time with my injury, and I was unable to participate in the sport I loved so much. But then MVP took my personal goals that I wanted to reach, and very effectively made them a reality. Their entire staff is so kind and friendly, which makes MVP feel so inviting. After working on getting back to being 100%, I have come out of MVP with not just excellent results, but an amazing relationship with the staff. :)

Anna Claire is fantastic, and everyone on the staff is patient, warm, friendly, and supportive! I can’t say enough good things about Anna Claire and the staff at MVP. They truly helped me reach my goals. I had been so discouraged before I started PT, but Anna Claire, with her trademark smile and positive attitude, always figured out a way for me to go forward. I can’t believe what I can do now: it’s miraculous. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to MVP if I need PT again. Hooray!

I have gotten the best care and kindness from Every single employee Sarah Holland is making me whole again by giving me the tools I need to recover from hip issues that have kept me from running and cycling. I have had an opportunity to use MVP twice now. Both times I have found the experience extremely educational, and the outcomes more than satisfactory. The staff is highly qualified and extremely competent, showing the proper balance of compassion and diligence necessary to assure an excellent outcome. I arrived at MVP at the recommendation of my orthopedist for a hip issue. During treatment I mentioned that I had knee replacement seven years ago and had never been able to straighten my knee, wondering if that contributed to my hip issues on the same side. From that point on, both areas were treated. My knee is now straight, it feels better than it has in years, and my hip appears normal. I can never thank the ladies at MVP enough!! Thank you!

Superb staff and services!

Their facility is large, clean and bright but that’s secondary to their excellent staff. Were it not for the dedication of Anna Claire, Alexa, Sylvie and Brandon I would not have improved. This team of professionals is knowledgeable, professional and kind. However, as with any PT, you’ll get out of it what you put it into it. Placing yourself in the care of this attentive & positive team of professionals will be the best part of your recovery.

My 11 yr old has been going to MVP for strength training after a dislocated knee for the last couple of months. I cannot say enough good things about the entire team there, but especially Anna Claire, Alexa, Grant and Alecia. Everyone is so knowledgable, kind, and encouraging and I wish he could just keep going! We previously have been to Pivot and had a bad experience there, but called MVP after hearing a rec from a neighbor. My son's knee (and legs generally) are so much stronger, and his confidence is way up, and we're very thankful! Highly recommend.

This place is truly amazing. The PT’s are all extremely knowledgeable, they LISTEN and really help you manage your pain. The vibes are great here. Front desk is friendly. Special shout outs to Sarah and Alexa. So glad I found this place. I had been to two other PT’s in the past, one of them being Sheltering Arms. This place is way better.

I have gone to MVP for different issues where physical therapy was needed and every treatment regimen has been beneficial for me. I went to MVP after a back injury. I was treated by Darren Creary where he worked with me on many back strengthening exercises. After six weeks, Darren and his staff provided me much relief and taught me exercises to do for my lifetime. I highly recommend this physical therapy group.

My experience with MVP has been great. The staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable. Since the day I came in for therapy after an ACL tear, Shawn, Melanie, Sarah, Sarah-Kate, Kelly, and the others have treated me with kindness, care and compassion. I would whole heartedly recommend MVP therapy and sports medicine to anyone who is in need of physical therapy.

I highly recommend MVP Therapy & Sports Medicine, West End. This is the third time that I have had to go to physical therapy and this has been my best experience by far. The entire team is exceptional and the facility is top-notch. In addition to being very knowledgeable, the staff is encouraging and invested in your progress. My physical condition has improved notably due to both the personalized treatment plan they developed for me, as well as their caring supervision. Given my positive results and experience, my wife is now an MVP patient as well.

After having extensive foot surgery I knew my recovery would depend greatly on the physical therapy afterwards. I had been very pleased with the therapy I had received here 8 years ago, so I decided to return and I could not be more pleased. Brandon has a very caring and professional staff which is felt as soon as you enter the MVP facility in Midlothian! My therapist had a great understanding of my surgery and knowledge of the healing process. She employed a variety of exercises and manual therapy which increased my strength and function on a weekly basis! Her words of encouragement provided the motivation I needed at just the right time. She knew when to challenge me to push a little harder. Anna Claire and Alexa were an outstanding team who helped me meet my goals to return to my pre-surgery activities and for that I am most grateful ! MVP is THE BEST !!

The team at “MVP Therapy - West End” fixed my frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). When I started the therapy, I had very limited range of motion in my left shoulder and pain radiating down my left arm. Within 2 weeks of therapy, the pain in my arm was gone. It took 3 months of therapy to regain the full range of motion in my left shoulder, but we made steady progress with each session. I highly recommend Shawn and Melanie for physical therapy. They did an assessment of my condition and developed a therapy plan that worked. Melanie understood how to work on my shoulder to increase the range of motion. My range of motion increased with each session, and the improvements persisted from session to session. I continue to do exercises that I did in the therapy sessions, which helps me maintain the full range of motion in my shoulder.

MVP is truly a first class operation. I have encountered other local physical therapists in town, but these guys not only know exactly what they are doing, know just how hard to push, form an excellent team together and clearly enjoy their jobs. I looked forward to my appointments and my interactions were all very positive with their staff across the board. I would without reservation recommend them to anyone needing assistance post injury/surgery. Special recognition go out to Anna Claire, Alexa, and Silvia. Truly amazing treatment.
