This is my second purchase at Fourlane Ford. I bought here in 2014 and again this year 2025. There is a reason I went back and will only shop here in the future. The customer service is top tier When you are told they will call you back or send you info you need, they do it. They took time after the sale to go through Ford features with me and it took nearly 2 hours and they were happy to do it. Five stars is much deserved in my opinion as I do not know much about vehicles and they went above and beyond to educate me after the sale. I drove in to Fourlane Ford Innisfail from Edmonton and could have went anywhere else here in the city but if you want good quality customer service with good ole boys who go the extra mile, you must drive the extra mile yourself. I recommend this dealership for everyone if quality and top notch customer service is what you are after, this is the place for you. Especially recommend for woman buying vehicles as they really take the time to educate and make you familiar with your purchase. Like I said, above and beyond and will be back in the future for sure! Amazing service advisor I called in for an emergency tire swap on my jeep wrangler and Jackie got me in that same day she’s the best! They also have great oil change deals check them out!! I’ll definitely be back!
