My first order went well. I will absolutely buy again/I have subscribed. I experienced a shipping delay that slowed the order down a full day and a bit, but everything still arrived fully frozen. One of the items in my order was wrong, but customer service was incredibly responsive -- fast, kind, informative, they had options for me and it got sorted to my satisfaction immediately with zero hassle. Their customer service is honestly AMAZING. As for the food? This is the tastiest and nicest quality meat I've ever had. I also like the packaging that makes it super easy to see what I'm grabbing from the freezer and how much of it. I love how forward/honest/transparent and educational Seven Sons is about everything they offer and why. And I LOVE the flexibility of the subscription options. Not just the timing options of when to ship (which are great!), but the choices of what items you can order and how much. You can customize your order A TON at any point super easily, and if you're a small family like we are (2 adults), you DON'T have to make a huge order to get the free shipping to kick in like you do with some other subscription services. The convenience, care, and deliciousness of the Seven Sons offerings means I can't see myself giving up my subscription any time soon. My ONE CRITIQUE is less a critique and more a request: Duck. As delicious as the chicken is and as neat as it is to have turkey offerings around Thanksgiving, I might jump for joy if y'all started offering duck. And/or partnered with someone for duck eggs. Duck is DUCKIN' GOOD, y'all, but if I can even FIND it at grocery stores near me, I'm not guaranteed quality or that it's been raised with a quality life, etc. GET SOME DUCK IF YOU CAN! I know Seven Sons would do it right!!

First of all I love your family commitment and values to protect and provide a healthy source of food products. Being a new customer I have to say I am impressed with the quality of packaging and timely shipping. We have not tried the beef yet but the selection looks great. I fixed ground chicken stir fry and was amazed with how moist (not dry) the chicken browned up and the taste and texture was incredible. I had reached a point where I could barely tolerate eating chicken bought from the grocery stores. My husband is allergic to chicken so he couldn’t sample it bought said it smelled really good as I was cooking, definitely not the same fragrance as store brand. Looking forward to preparing the assortment of beef!

I just received my order today and I was so excited! I immediately set aside 2 of the gourmet burgers to thaw so that I could eat them for dinner. They were so delicious! I can't get good meat around here in the stores. I've tried a lot of the big stores and even the huge online store that everybody knows about.... And everyone else's beef is disgusting. I can't find true organic grass-fed AND FINISHED beef anywhere. The closest I could get was grass-fed and it was so disgusting I had to return it. Lots of tendons and other things in it that made it unpalatable. The beef from Seven Sons Farm is delicious and doesn't have any gross stuff in it LOL. There was still dry ice in the box when I got it... So everything was nice and cold. I was worried about that as I live in Phoenix and it was being delivered on a 100° day. Get some meat from here.. You won't regret it!
