The meat I bought from seven sons is the best I’ve ever had. I have enjoyed the fillet, the bacon, chicken breast, and the gourmet hamburger was delicious. I just placed a second order.

Made the pork chops last night - Just wonderful !! A nice thick cut and soo very tender !! I had defrosted them overnight in some boiled cider then seared them and simmered them with fresh kraut with browned apples and onions and carrots and mushrooms. OMG !! ** NOTE ** this is a great cut of pork - so I did not cook like a tough cut... It was a quick cook and Served over baked potatoe --- Just heaven !! Will so order over again and again!! Just the perfect thickness !! Note: 2 per person _ I am on the slim side, but love my protein !! This week - the steaks :)

Shipment delivered on time. All products were packed well and easily identifiable when unpacking. Since I am a household of one it will take me several meals to use all the choices. The quality of the items so far has been great. I had the bone in pork chops and used some of the ground beef to make chili and bolognese sauce. The quality and taste has been delicious!
