The only complaint I had is not having real time updates for delivery, HOWEVER you all have the most stable packaging and that is why our family chooses your products! I got to the delivery box the next morning (i assumed it was delivered on time) and the meat was still frozen! I've had a bad experience with another competitor and after attempting to rectify the solution, they just stopped answering our emails. You all have an amazing support department. I loved that you call to ensure we are satisfied with our purchase! Thank you and hope to visit the farm some day!

I am so glad I took a chance with seven sons farms. I ordered chicken, and it is quality! It has flavor which the grocery store chicken lacks. And customer service is above and beyond expectations. Delivery was well done and there was follow up to check if all was well over phone and email. They clearly take pride in their business, happy to support this great small business- thanks for a great experience!
