Hi Seven Sons and Team, Our meat arrived on time in a "gift wrapped" box! The special insulation wrap and dry ice in the heavy duty box made sure our meat was still frozen. We ordered the "Best of Farm" plus 3 lbs. of beef liver. Our first meal was the pork chops. "Old world" flavor and very moist! The next meal was beef liver with your hickory smoked bacon. Just the smell made us impatient to eat! This is nutrient dense food at its best! Ground sirloin was next on the menu. No water or fat to drain off! We made a spaghetti dish. We could smell the grass with the beef tenderloin! Last night we had the bacon-beef burgers. As with all the meat, we have forgotten what food should taste like! I wanted to wait until I'd made more than one purchase before submitting a review. First and foremost, the quality of the products I receive from Seven Sons Farm is second to none, and I have tried several online vendors of meat products the past few years. Secondly, the response time to my orders and the condition of the products upon arrival are excellent. I live on the outer fringe of their shipping radius and have never had a problem with partially thawed product. Third, there is a substantial difference between meat products purchased in a grocery store and those provided by Seven Sons Farm - I can taste and "feel" the difference in quality with every steak, chicken breast, and ground beef (or bison!) serving! I would much rather pay for the quality of product from Seven Sons Farm than settle for meat of lesser and even questionable quality. Finally, the education provided by this farm has opened my eyes to what healthy, sustainable farming is has helped me confirm the choice to do business with the operation. I am a believer in small business and shopping locally (or, at least, from reliable known providers). For me, these factors make all the difference in the world. May the Almighty bless all of those who help produce our food.

Excellent beef. The delmonico steak was delicious and tender. Hamburger was excellent for my Casseroles and meatloaf. Best quality I jave found so far.
