This is without a doubt the best meat I've ever eaten. If I had one suggestion, it would be that I live in Las Vegas and we've had exceptionally hot weather, so when it was sent it didn't have enough dry ice. It had totally evaporated. I recommend more dry ice for my neck of the woods. Otherwise, exceptionally good. I will definitely reorder when it's time.

I received my first order within 2 days. It was packaged so well that the meat was still frozen solid and I popped it in the freezer. The first product we ate was the sockeye salmon and it was great! The next product I ate was the petit sirloin paired with a small salad of greens. I don't eat a lot of red meat so I followed a recipe from the website and it was fantastic! The next day I felt great! I'm gonna keep ordering from Seven Sons because I appreciate the regenerative and grass fed aspect.
