excellent quality meat!! shipping was quick and my package arrived safely and still frozen. best ground beef and sausage that I have tasted in many years. it seems we get used to the inferior quality meats from the grocery store. highly recommend everyone to try these meats. they really go the extra mile for their customers.

Shipped all the way to California! I've been in stew and connective tissue mode and have had trouble finding grass-fed shanks at the local Whole Foods. An internet search landed on Seven Son's. I never ordered meat online, but this has really worked for me and I will do it again. The meat is amazingly clean tasting and a pleasure to eat. It tastes so good, that I end up using it all, the rendered seasoned fat from the stew with other cooking, the wonderfully softened slow cooked gristle surrounding the bones and muscles of the shanks, and then I give the bones one more round in the pressure pot for bone broth. I cook all my own food to deal with food intollerances, and continue to have digestive issues from the remnants of a journey with toxic mold. The connective tissue really does kind of make my gut a little better and the fact that it seems to taste so good is probably a good sign as well. Beef fat is high in C15 which I've been low on due to dairy intollerances. You can really taste the quality of this meat in the fat. Gonna do a round of Goulash next.
