We had the Boneless Holiday Ham on Christmas day. My husband asked me where I got the ham because it was the best he's ever had. He said that he could actually taste the flavor of the meat. I just did a light brown sugar and maple syrup glaze on it. The whole family loved it! Thank you.

I received the 1/8 beef pkg and it was delivered about a week ago. The shipment arrived and was packed so thoroughly. Everything was still frozen hard as a rock. I cooked one of the roasts for Christmas dinner. It was so tender and delicious! I couldn't be happier and it thrills me to be supporting the ag practices i believe in. Thank you. As I'm a one person household, to get more affordable pricing for me it would be great if the autoship program offered a 3 or 4 month repeat as well. That is the only thing I would suggest. Everything else is perfect!!
