I received my package of ground beef and tubs of butter. The packaging and preservation was excellent. The insulation and dry ice bags kept everything frozen solid. I transferred everything toy freezer except one tub of butter and one package of beef, which I placed in the refrigerator for use the next day. I prepared the meat the following afternoon, and it looked, smelled, and tasted fantastic. I had subscribed to receive additional packages monthly. I am looking forward to having a steady supply of high quality beef. Thank you.
