UPDATE: Now that we have had a chance to prepare several packages, I can honestly say the chicken is very good. When you order chicken breast, it is HUGE and you get one per package. I like to bake it at 450 so I will slice them thinner. It is like having two chicken steaks - LOL. I really appreciate the value. I cook very lean meals and I want the most bang for the buck. They trim more fat off the meat than any store suppliers do. I am glad that 15% of my cost is not fat going in the trash. Fast and efficient. Did not like the jerky. One thing I would improve on is sealing the packages. While defrosting in the fridge, they leak pretty bad. Make sure they are in a bowl.

So far so good. Received my order on time, nicely packaged and frozen. Only had a chance to try one of the meats ordered so far and it was delicious .
