I like the fact that the program is not a diet but a manageable wait to eat better. No starving yourself or eating things that don’t taste good. So far, I’m very happy with the program & have learned to eat bette & healthier. I’ve also learned how to cook with fresh ingredients, herbs, spices, lemon, lime, orange, etc.I’ve lost 15 lbs over the last 30 days enjoying a good range of meats, fish, shellfish, eggs, vegetables & salads. I’m looking forward to continuing the program & changing my life for the better.
