My sisters initially turned me on to Pure ProActive, and at the time I wasn't really sure what to except. After my coach, Valerie, laid out the initial plan for Phase One, I not only felt that it was the right plan for me, but that it could also be sustainable long-term. Valerie helped explain the different facets and logic behind the program, which also helped me understand the importance of the phases of the program.
After Phase One, I'm down about 16 pounds, and more importantly, my body feels a lot better (and clothes are fitting a bit better as well!). For me especially, Valerie was always there to lend support, either via words of encouragement, or a firm push in the right direction.
I'm now starting Phase Two, and am more than happy with the results so far, and looking to get even better. Thanks Valerie!
