Decided to give this company a try to seal the blacktop on a commercial parking lot. We had used various local companies in the past with results ranging from good to very thin not so good applications. Kaplan put on a nice thick coat and communication with all their employees in was excellent.

We had a great experience with Kaplan. Mark took his time and answered all of our questions. We contacted 2 other companies for estimates. One never returned our call and the other sent someone to measure the driveway. He nave came into talk with us, just sent an estimate that was higher than Kaplans and never cared about our questions or offered any ideas. Mark took his time both in person and whenever we called him to be very thorough in his explanations and suggestions. The paving crew was on time and answered a question we had regarding paving around a step and addressed the situation without hesitation. We will, and have, recommended Kaplan to others.
