Every phase of our driveway replacement, which included a retaining wall repair, was excellent. Each crew's foreman (depending on the phase of the project) was polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. The entire crew were clearly hard working and experienced in what they did. Also, the administration staff were very friendly, helpful, and timely with their phone and email updates. The scheduling of the next step as the project went along was always easy. I contracted with Kaplan to redo my driveway. A representative came to my home and talked to me about all of my options. I received a proposal promptly. Kaplan also worked with my town to provide them with the info I needed for a permit for a fee which was so worth it. Mellissa coordinated the work schedule and kept me informed the whole step of the way. I am happy with the quality of my new driveway and know I made the right decision going with Kaplan Paving.
