Very positive experience overall. All the small details indicate this is a well run company: The sales process with Mark was low pressure and he gets top marks for thoroughly explaining the scope of work; The frequent communications from the office (Cynthia, Tricia) as to project status, scheduling JULIE and securing the Village permit were appreciated and made me feel at ease. The 2 crews (excavation/grading and paving) were both efficient and respectful of my property. On both days of the project the foreman was on hand to explain the day's events and be available for questions. Clean-up was also very good and no debris was left on my property after the project. I am optimistic that the quality of work will result in a long lasting driveway. Thank you Kaplan Paving.

Jose did an outstanding job with our driveway! The quality of his work exceeded our expectations, with clean lines and a smooth finish that adds so much curb appeal to our home.

Jim very patiently explained what was to be done with our driveway. He even had a prop to show us the what out driveway will look like when completed. Today was just removal of our old driveway, making sure that the rocks were tamped down properly so every thing is level. The crew also did a great job arranging the rocks by hand, then using the roller to smooth out some more. The cleanup the crew did was also impeccable. It’s obvious that Kaplan Paving takes pride in their work and it shows.
