We live in a condominium building with 125 units and needed our whole parking lot repaved. From the very beginning of the project, Brian our rep was always available to answer any questions we had plus was there till the end, monitoring the work. All his workers were on time, working every minute and sometimes stayed late in the day. Everyone was polite and friendly. When an unexpected issue came up, they brought it to our attention and talked about a resolution. I would definitely recommend Kaplan Paving, Brian, and their crew to continue doing our work in the future.

I chose Kaplan because of their flexible scheduling. I contracted with them in September but didnt have the job completed until May. I didnt want the new asphalt to endure a cucial winter. My sales person was very knowledgable and explained what would be done. Thank you Jill. I got three bids and Kaplan was comparable to the others. The other bidders didnt take the time to talk to me directly. The tearout crew did a great job preparing the surface. Two truck loads of fill were brought in for grading . All of the crew members were polite and care for the drive and the house as though it belonged to them. Thank you Santiago the cre supervisor. The install crew worked magic to get the drive near perfect in apperance. They took care of building up areas of the drive were it sloped onto the ditch. They worked together and new exactly what needed to be done. A big thank you to Anturo project supervisor.The scheduling was done and Melisa kept me informed when days the work would be accomplished. This was a very good experience and ill keep the Kaplan sign up so everyone needing a replacement can see a finished project Thanks again to all.

From quote to finished product our experience was excellent. The quote process was quick and easy - Minimal input from me. Kaplan took care of all the logistics and permits for the job, as well as worked with the Village of Deerfield to get us a rebate (the Village was repaving the streets and sidewalk at the same time). When the day of service came, the team was extremely nice and courteous. They had our brand new driveway down in the blink of an eye! 10/10 will use again when the time comes.
