We had our garage and driveway put in by our contractor, who used Kaplan for the driveway. A couple of months later, we realized we needed a cement curb put in on one side of the drive. With out having any previous dealing with Kaplin (during construction, all communications were done through our contractor) we contacted Kaplin directly to discuss our concern. The Kaplin staff stepped up to discuss even though we were not their direct customer. We worked with James and Joe in deciding what additional work needed to be completed. Special thank you to Tricia, who was most helpful in scheduling and rescheduling work multiple times based on our schedule. She was in constant communication on updates and showed concern for our project, as if it was her own driveway that was being worked on!! Thank you all again...our driveway looks great!!
