Also the Prep Crew and Especially the Asphalt Crew Jose, and Servando and his guys for the awesome work they did laying down the asphalt. Kaplan Paving was not the cheapest estimate we received for replacement of our 25 year old blacktop driveway. But, we sure are glad that we had them do the work! Matt, one of their friendly, knowledgeable estimators came out and started our experience with Kaplan in motion. He explained the differences and procedures in installing blacktop pavements. We had already interviewed two other companies. Very nice people, but the way Kaplan was going to demolish the old and install the new driveway made a huge impact on our decision. Matt sent a contract by email the next day and we signed it that same day. I was told that Patricia would be handling the details. She is one of the most pleasant people that you would care to meet. She answered any questions we had and once the contract and permits were signed she handed us over to the scheduling department. A very competent person by the name of Cesar called to schedule the demo and installation of our driveway. We heard back from Cesar after our Village issued the permit. Within a few days our old driveway was gone. The crew did an outstanding job and left our property clean. After the Village inspector came out, Cesar called and scheduled our new driveway installation the next week. I was floored! Things just do not go this well. But they did. The crew showed up on time and ready to go. Eleven fantastic workers went to work. Everyone had a specific job to do and helped out the other members of the crew to stay busy. Really, it was like watching poetry in motion. The crew was lead by the superintendent, Josh. Josh was an extremely competent, professional and courteous individual that you would hope would show up for a big job like this. Every worker at our site was friendly and courteous to my wife and me. Together, they did an outstanding job. I love the look of our new driveway. Many of our neighbors have complimented on its appearance. I can honestly say that I am glad we chose Kaplan Paving for our project. I would like to tell all of the people involved in making our project happen, thank you!

At a time when companies forget the customer after a sale. Patricia Nevarez and her crew stepped up to solve a problem that manifested itself a year later. During my project, Patricia helped me achieve my goals for my driveway in a very professional and creative way to allow my dream to be brought forth. A year later, understaffed and very busy, Patricia still found time to solve my issue and within a reasonable time. It’s wonderful to see that customer service and support is still alive.
