I could go on and on about the outstanding job Kaplan did with my driveway. Sales Team went out of their way to insure this 73 yr woman was heard, understood and completely comfortable with all aspects of the job. Prep Team was like a synchronized machine. Four bodies working as one, nonstop until the job was completed per the specifications. Finishing Team arrived like a platoon of highly skilled Marines, laid the asphalt, smoothed it to perfection and when they left it looked like the driveway had been magically installed with no evidence that the numerous trucks, equipment and workers were ever here. People are stopping as they drive by to congratulate me on what a great job they did. Doesn't get any better than Kaplan! Special shout out to Joe R, my sales guy and Josie, my prep team leader. I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Kaplan! Rebecca Sanchez is an absolute dream maker! We had a very tricky project that required some creative thinking when it came to the village and permitting and Rebecca put us at complete ease that she would be able to navigate through the challenges and get the job done..and she absolutely delivered! We also had a very tight timeline and again Rebecca raced against the clock to get the work scheduled and completed for us just in time. Unbelievable customer experience!!!
