Joe Revelle's follow up for the appointment was terrific! Joe showed up to the appointment on time, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, I was not able to move the project forward due to the cost of a retention wall that would have been necessary. The excavation and paving were in budget. However, I significantly under estimated the significant change in grade of my property for the intended purpose of a pickleball court and I couldn't justify the expense of the retention wall. Patricia's assistance was terrific as well.

We have had a great experience working with Trish and Joe to reinstall our asphalt driveway. Even with the challenges that the Village of Arlington Heights seems to throw at us all, Jim and Trish are extremely responsive and timely in regards to communication and have helped us through this process. Jim has been to our home twice to design and re-design when the Village of AH was not being helpful. We have had a wonderful experience and are happy we worked with Kaplan!

I had a contract for a driveway replacement with Kaplan pending the sale of my home. As it happened, the drive didn't need replacement per the home sale contract so I asked Kaplan to withdraw from the driveway replacement contract. Patricia Nevarez and Joe Ravelle couldn't have been more responsive and helpful. They were so friendly, congratulating me on the sale of my home and processing the refund of my deposit immediately, even responding to my queries after normal working hours.
