I needed a total replacement of my driveway. Every part of the transaction with Kaplan was great. The person came out to estimate and emailed me a quote which was very competitive. I had some questions and the person followed up and answered all my questions. They got my permit and scheduled my job more quickly than they had promised, which was great. The people in the scheduling department kept me up to date on the progress and everything that would be coming up. Even though the removal of my driveway took an extra day, they did not charge me extra. I would highly recommend working with them.
