Kaplan Paving is a complete company compared to many others. They have dedicated people like Bill Dehn who go out and do the accurate estimates. Then their customer service and scheduling dept is outstanding. People like Penny and Brenda, and Jenny make it all happen. They are all very helpful. The crews for the prep work and paving are all very experienced and they take great pride in the work that they do. I will use Kaplan again for more paving and sealing. Roy
