I organized 11 driveways on our court to be replaced. We did have code issues that required correction before the new driveways could be installed. Kaplan went above and beyond expectation working with us in getting the work done with the curve ball they were thrown by the village. They had to mobilize here much more than they expected to accommodate the changes required. We have a lot of happy homeowners here on our court with driveways that far surpass what we were living with. Our sales and implementation team of Joe Revelle and Patricia Nevarez knocked it out of the park. We had quite a few issues of our own which they handled expeditiously without flinching and they got our large complicated project done successfully! Can't thank them both enough - they had a lot of work to coordinate with the folks on the court and they didn't let us down . Will definitely call Kaplan for any future work.

Highly recommend Kaplan Paving. Their customer service far surpassed the competition in getting quotes and their cost was approx 20-30% lower than competitors. Highly recommend Joe Revelle to assist in your paving needs. He kindly considered my multiple requests to our challenging driveway and even sent a drawing of the pitch to get a good perspective. Joe offered cost saving strategies to help alleviate the financial burden including modified strategies for walkway. He also worked with other team members within Kaplan to facilitate a step up that would be most cost efficient and yet still delivered in timely manner. I had caution about using Kaplan as I have mostly seen competitor signs in the neighborhood, I can say I was more impressed than expected with their service from quotes, to design implementation to completion. Joe was fantastic at taking my many calls and detailed preferences. Sal from the paver team also was very helpful in accommodating last minute modification to the request. Very happy with the customer service and the results!! 5 STARS!
