From start to finish the crew at Kaplan paving was awesome to deal with, out of all the companies we received estimates from they were the ONLY one to answer all the how and why questions and gave a FULL break down of all the work being done, not just 5 lines and a price which is what we got from other companies. Kelly in the front office was always a pleasure to talk to and always provided us with the answers and information we needed. Our sales person Bill was very attentive and made us feel welcome and important to him. He took the time to make more than one site visit to answer questions which made us change the scope of the work we had done to better fit our needs. The crew itself was great too, very polite very responsive and when a question arose they were on top of it and called the office and got the answers before moving forward. I would definitely recommend using Kaplan to anyone looking and searching for quality paving work.
