From the beginning to the end of the driveway, removal of the old asphalt, regrading to proper elevation, to the new asphalt, all done professionally at a price $1,000. less the a competitive bid. This was truly a turn- key operation with Kaplan handling all the city's permits and requirements.

Joe Revelle and Patricia Nevarez are Kaplan's shining stars who made it possible to replace the driveway at my parent's home. Joe examined the driveway, explained what work would be needed, gave me the estimate, answered my questions. Patricia assisted me with the building permit process and Plat of Survey requirements plus kept me informed about the start date which rolled a few times due to rainy weather. It should be noted that applying for a building permit and obtaining a Plat of Survey can also delay scheduling the work. Kaplan and I got through it and the driveway looks fantastic!! Yay!!
