I've had 2 jobs completed by Kaplan, a driveway and a paver walkway. ***** (sales) was professional and arrived always when scheduled, and if he was delayed he would call and advise. The driveway turned out great, neighbors have stopped by and complimented the work. The job was scheduled and they came out when they said they would thanks to ***** and Brie (office personnel). They kept me informed every step of the process, from scheduling to billing. The paver project was delivered as promised as well. While it took a little longer than expected because of an unexpected, hidden second poured sidewalk that took extra time to remove, but once that was removed, everything went smoothly and it turned out great! Anyone that stops by and walks around the back and sees the paver walkway compliments the work.
