When I started my driveway and sidewalk project I contacted 12 different paving companies. Kaplan was the only company that sent a sales representative to meet with me. Jill (the sales representative) came out and listened to what I wanted and offered a couple of other ideas. Due to complications with the village, the project was delayed a couple of months. Jill stayed in contact to check on the status of the project. When I finally got the village's approval, Jill was notified and project got started. Just prior to finishing the project Jill and the paving, and brick paver foreman met with me to go over everything to make sure we were on the same page. The bricklayers and paving crew were very efficient and polite and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Kaplan Paving
