I worked with Jen Bell from Kaplan paving. She has amazing customer experience skills. My driveway is on a steep hill and has drainage issues. She made sure my driveway was properly assessed to address the drainage issues. She was very patient in addressing a few change orders we requested and made the updates to the contract quickly. Kaplan is the company to trust with tough jobs. I would specifically ask for Jen Bell due to her personnel skills and friendly attitude. She truly enjoys her job. Additionally, she really knows everything about paving and excavating . I met with dozens of other companies prior to Kaplan who refused to quote the job due to the hill or couldn't address the drainage issues. Also, other sales reps didn't take the time to properly measure or assess the property drainage issues. Jen made sure she took the time and was at my property twice to make sure we received a proper quote and address drainage. I would highly recommend Kaplan so you get quality work that lasts a lifetime. Request Jen Bell, so you know you will get a competitive quote done right. She is also very responsive to texts and emails at all time of day.

Kaplan did a great job redoing my asphalt driveway and repairing/sealing my pavers for the sidewalks and back patio. Robert (the salesperson) was timely and helpful in providing the quote for my driveway and then noticed some issues with my pavers (I had no idea that those issues could be fixed, so that was a huge value add). Beckie (who did the scheduling a a lot of other things) helped me navigate some issues with my village and made sure that I got what I needed not what I said that I wanted (which was not fully informed, with her experience she knew what I was really after) - she made what could have been a frustrating process much easier and understandable. The installation team was also very friendly and effective. I highly recommend Kaplan!
