I used Kaplan to re-pave my driveway. They were fantastic. Matt ****** came out and gave the initial quote -- he was very thorough and explained, in detail, how the job would go. He was also available by text or phone throughout the job for questions. Amber ****** and Brenda ******* did a great job ensuring I was aware of when all parts of the job were scheduled. The crew that came by to rip out the existing pavement and prep the area were great. A few days later they came back and I had a new driveway! Last, Jenny **** made sure all the invoices were delivered, so I was sure of what I needed to pay and by when. In each interaction, everyone I dealt with was professional, thorough, and showed great customer service. I would use Kaplan again in a heartbeat - and, in fact, I have recommended them to neighbors already!
