I rarely review someone just for a sales appointment but I felt something needed to be said. I had Billy out to my house from Kaplan and for the first time I didn't feel pressure or anxious. Billy was patient, he listened and evaluated what we needed and didn't try to push me. Even though we are not doing our driveway this year, when we do Billy will be the first person I call because he earned my respect.

Our driveway is 116' X 20' and it's 50 years old. I contacted Kaplan Paving for a quote to replace the cracked and crumbling asphalt. The rep,Jen Bell, was knowledgeable and explained the process of replacing the asphalt. She measured the driveway twice to be sure her numbers were correct. Jen suggested they could tie my down spouts from my house together and run them under ground to the front lawn. I highly recommend. Her proposal was very good and we contracted with Kaplan to do the work. Jen told me if I had any questions or concerns to call her and I did several times each time she had the answer. I was was told they could start after the 4th of July. They started the week before the 4th and were done July 2nd. The crews worked fast and hard and removed the old asphalt in one day. The new asphalt was also down in one day. The crew chiefs were in charge knew exactly what to do. Any questions you had, they would have the answer.
