I had a complicated driveway to repave and my Salesperson, Jill, made detailed notes which triggered James, the Prep Manager, to make a site visit to my residence James consulted with me on 3 separate occasions to make sure the multiple pitches and trench drain would all work. He was very attentive and professional. Jose and his crew did the prep and they were extremely conscientious to tackle the constraints of my driveway with very limited pitch to the street. Jose collaborated with his crew and James on the best approach and worked diligently to make sure my driveway wouldn't puddle. Pepe, Paving Manager, took time to review my site & Jose's and James' notes. He laid out his paving plan with me then his crew put it in motion. The Paving Crew laid down 3" of finished asphalt with great efficiency getting all the pitches just right. And none of the above could have happened without Tricia Nevarez, Communication Coordinator, who made sure the Kaplan managers got in touch with me to answer my questions. She fielded multiple calls from me with the utmost of professionalism and friendliness. Tricia is the glue of the Kaplan Paving Company! Kaplan Paving did a great job for me!!

Just had Kaplan Paving complete a new front cement sidewalk, fix my existing brick patio, and add a new brick walkway to the backyard. Everything from Sales (thank you, Joe Revelle), to office crew (Trisha and Megan), and the work crew were amazing to work with. Jose and the Group 1 crew especially deserve my thanks for their thoughtfulness in making the patio and walkway design absolute perfection. Would recommend all to anyone wanting quality work.

Did a great, top quality job. Crew was responsive, and provided excellent customer service. Transition between garage and driveway and walkway to driveway looks perfect. Driveway looks great. Highly recommend!
