I think it is only fair to update my review here. After finally connecting with ownership here they did their best to identify the issues with billing and work with us to our satisfaction. While I think there is still improvement to be had, I do feel better about the experience. IMHO all businesses and especially service providers will eventually stumble. It is more important how they treat the customer when that happens. I know I posted a tough review previously but they did try hard to find a reasonable middle ground and for that I'm grateful.

Fast and courteous, went out of the way to accommodate my schedule.
