Only company I could get that actually returned my call and showed up to do an estimate. They were in the middle on cost (there were some estimates that were done via google maps from other companies). Basically, showed up when they said they would, were up front with the cost, and then did the project as expected. Can't ask for much more.

I Recently Purchased a Driveway from kaplan,It was by far the best experience I had compared to the other companies which I will not name. It started with Lauren who scheduled me to see Mark. He was there on time, and was prepared to have a conversation with me about my driveway and my concerns. One would think that this is normal but the other companies didn't show up or knocked on my door, they just mailed me the quote. which I thought was wrong. Mark answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable that I was buying from a quality company. They did such a good job I recommended them to my Employer. They sealed our parking lot and did some small repairs. The parking lot looks great and we had no complaints.

We have multiple Multi-Tenant commercial properties in Chicago and in the north suburbs. Our tenants enjoy a very snow and ice free parking lot and side walks for at least the past 3 years. Any asphalt replacement, patch or sealcoat we did were done in a timely and professional way. Our tenants and the management is very satisfied with the work Kaplan Paving is doing. Jason S. is a huge asset for the company, and i believe they know that. I always worked directly with him and it was always a pleasure. Im looking forward to working with Kaplan again on our upcoming projects.
