Kaplan did a great job on the asphalt removal and replacement of my driveway in Northbrook. The pricing was competitive and the service was above average. Paved driveway in July, 2015. By spring of 2016, many cracks appeared. I called them and they came out and inspected the driveway in early June. They said the materials were defective and that they would tear out the driveway and replace it. After some delays and a lack of communication, an excellent crew came out and did an outstanding job. The old pavement was removed and the roadbed was rolled flat. Then the new pavement was applied. They smoothed the pavement, creating the proper slope, and matching the level of the driveway to the walkway and patio. I am very happy with the result. They stand behind their work. Just keep their phone number handy and if they don't call you for the scheduling, call them.
