Garage Experts of Eastern North Carolina did an excellent job making over our garage. They took a space that was drab and make it fab. My wife is a stickler for good customer service and these guys delivered. They were flexible and patient. They worked with our schedule to get the work completed. Thomas is an awesome guy; both he and Jacob worked diligently to make sure that we got the kind of service we expected. Thomas come by our house several times to show us samples and to allow us to make design changes. He explained in detail what was to be done and how long it would take to get the job complete. The quality of their work is excellent. These guys did an outstanding job.
They made arrangements to allow us to see other jobs they had done so that we would be confident with the work they were proposing. Everyone we visited liked the job that these guys did. My wife and I would highly recommend these guys to repair or replace your garage floors and storage.

WOW!! Thomas and team completely transformed our 3 car garage into an organized garage/gym!! I’ve tried to capture the entire process in pictures for you. We just moved to the Wilmington area and the previous owners had “painted” the garage floors. You’ll see in the first pictures what six months of normal wear looked like. Our garage is over 700 sq ft which Thomas had to scrape the paint before beginning his work of art!! His pricing was very competitive, his flexibility was crazy great, his professionalism and passion for his work was Grade A!!
We couldn’t be more pleased with our new floors and storage!! It’s an investment, but one we will never regret.
I would like like to note that we asked Thomas out to the house 4 times before actually securing him for the work. He helped me each time discuss colors, placement and the amount of storage to meet our needs. Then I would have more ideas and he would come back out. He never made us feel like we had inconvenienced him... instead showed excitement and offered input!! We highly recommend Thomas and Jacob!!

We used Garage Experts to work on improving our garage storage. Wow what a great job Tom did in the installation. We had a whole wall 3 boxes deep and at least 5 boxes high. Everything fit and I have a whole cabinet left for anything else I need. They look great, and they store a lot of items. CI would definitely recommend the Garage Experts and specifically Tom's location in Wilmington NC!!

I would like to share with the world that Thomas and his helper Doug did a beautiful job on my muscle car garage floor. I contacted Thomas by phone. He told me that his saddle color flooring was what I need to make my muscle car garage come together. He also stated that he normally doesn't travel this Kinston NC for work. However, I told him he talked about how great of a job he would do on my floor. I had to see his work. WOW, they traveled out of their way and delivered some beautiful work. Thomas and Doug worked smooth and fast. Very impressive work. Now I need him to come back to do my complete kitchen, bathroom, sun room and laundry room lol.
