Garage Experts did a great job on my garage and patio floors as well as the overhead storage rack. Jacob, Alan and Dawn were excellent to work with. Set up, prep, application and clean up went well and I love the new floors! Owner Tom was also on site which is great when company leadership cares enough to ensure everything is going well and address any issues (which there were none). Lisa provided the estimate and was understanding, accommodating and professional.

Garage Experts removed a defective epoxy floor covering that had been done incorrectly by another vendor. After prepping the floor properly, they used a multi-step process to apply the color (flakes) and seal the floor. Install takes two days, followed by three days for the floor to completely dry. The result is an attractive garage floor that is easily maintained and has a life time warranty. Performed in a professional manner and highly recommended.

Our garage floor was completed today and we are more than happy.
We originally had planned to go with GarageExperts 5 years earlier based on a recommendation from a neighbor, but got busy with other projects.
We contacted GarageExperts and Lisa promptly came out to review color options, explain the process / warranty and promptly provided a quote. They scheduled our project quickly and kept us informed.
Jacob and Alan were our installers. They were very knowledgeable (obviously experienced), described the process and kept us informed. I appreciated that they arrived on time each day and left the job site clean. The project was finished over 2 days (approximately 3 hours each day).
We are looking forward to many years from our new garage floor and highly recommend GarageExperts of Eastern North Carolina.

The whole team at GarageExperts of Eastern North Carolina is top notch. Lisa in sales is quick, knowledgeable and has great communication skills. She follows through on timing and appointments. They’ve now done two projects for me and have knocked them both out of the park. Alan and Jacob were my install crew and they were thorough, kind, and treated my home as if it were there’s taking extra precautions to prevent any leaves or debris from disturbing the new flooring while it dried. Highly recommend!
