I got a Tesla charger installed using Willow Glen electric’s services. Everything went smoothly from booking an appointment to getting the inspection done. Crew was very professional and their office communicated regularly about the next steps in the installation process. Most importantly, they actually got the inspection done for the installation. Before talking to Willow Glen, I did try to connect with multiple other electricians but none of them were keen to get the inspection done. I totally recommend Willow Glen electric for anyone who is looking for Tesla charger to be installed in their house.

I was very impressed with the two professional electricians who worked in my home today!!! They were punctual and courteous. They set up and started work in an organized manner. When the job was completed, they cleaned the area and carefully carried their equipment to the truck. None of my furnishings were disturbed. The woman in the scheduling office was courteous as well. She gave me a quote on the phone as well as setting up an appointment. I have already recommended the company to a friend.

Absolute bang up job. I'm a disabled combat veteran and I don't have a lot of cash on hand. the first company I called said they could so the job for 1300 bucks. I called Willow Glen Electric and they quoted me at 700. The tech’s Ray and Zack (or Zach not sure on the spelling) were promote, respectful and did the job perfectly as instructed. There's nothing to complain about here as they were courteous professionals that explained every snag they hit and even cleaned up well after they were done. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Great email communications regarding steps, expectations, and permit process. Crew was professional and prompt. Job was 200A upgrade with customer provided panel and breakers. Performed minor siding repair as needed, above expectations. Crew worked late and dealt with unexpected / unfamiliar Leviton equipment patiently. Would use for many future projects.

I found Willow Glen team to be very professional from the start of asking for a quote all the way to finishing the job with an electrical inspection certification from SJ city. It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend Willow Glen electric for car charger installation job. What impressed me most was the responsiveness and owning of the responsibility till completion of a job, that the Willow Glen electric folks demonstrated esp. when the first inspection didn't go thru - due to city changing the guidelines of 2 power ground requirement. They took care of the extra ground install and also scheduled a follow-up inspection with city. P.S: I can't remember the persons name please fill in.

We found Willow Glen through the Qmerit service when we needed to install a charger for our Rivian. Our panel didn't have much room, but Willow Glen were able to move things around to fit the charger connection in and install the energy management system needed to ensure we didn't overload. THe work was very high quality, performed by a friendly and efficient team that really knew their stuff. The inspection process at the end was also a breeze, with a WIllow Glen employee coming on site to walk the inspector through the work by Facetime. Couldn't be happier.

At first they placed a sub-panel box that was very hard to open or close. They returned and fixed the box so that is was operable.
