Came in from Arkansas to witness for myself what I had been looking at via the web. Chris Moon came over and was super helpful in answering all my questions I had. My plans are to buy in 2020 but he helped, as if I was buying that night. I'm high on customer service and he did not disappoint. On top of that he was nice enough to give me a tour of the place, I've been to a lot of MC shops and haven't received customer service on this level. Thanks so much for everything I know where I'm coming in 2020

In the end it didn't work out, not in any way their fault, and they repaid my deposit straight away, no questions asked. Very friendly and brilliant to deal with.

We received excellent help with Avery, our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable with fitting for helmets. We purchased a lot of thing while at the store. We then realized we possible could not get everything in the bike. He offered to take some of our purchases to our car, that we had left at another motorcycle shop. Luckily, that was not necessary, but he did not hesitate in the offer. Thanks Avery for all of your help.
