Regency completed a big kitchen remodel for us requiring a wall to be taken down and a very large beam to be placed. They also redid our floors and a bathroom. I had a very specific timeline in mind and they were able to meet my deadline which was amazing! They were very patient with letting me choose my kitchen layout and making many changes. When the work started they were on time very clean very efficient and extremely hard-working. The communication was also excellent. They did an amazing job and I could not be happier with the results!

When it came to the work, unlike contractors we’ve hired in the past, Regency had a dedicated team of 2 guys that showed up every single day, generally working 8 to 9 hours a day. There was none of the usual business of days and days with no work and no progress that we’ve experienced in the past—even with highly rated outfits. Because of Regency’s approach, we had a fully working kitchen in a little over 4 weeks from the day they started work, which was way ahead of our expectations. More importantly, the work looks fantastic and they followed our instructions and wishes to the letter. They even went above and beyond, for example, one day the air conditioning was suddenly not working and I thought it was because of the work on the electrical panel. When I asked about it, the guys diagnosed and replaced a blown fuse in my air conditioning—not even part of their job! The team was respectful of our home and left the site swept up each day and minimized disruption and dust as much as possible. Our project manager, Sam, was very responsive to any issues (usually responding within a hour or so to any emails) and was always ready to stop by if needed. I can say our experience with Regency was fantastic, and I would (and almost certainly will) hire them again without second thought on our next project.

We used Regency to remodel two bathrooms in our Lincoln Park condo. We selected Regency because we liked their model of paying a fixed amount for labor and owner supplied materials. We were very impressed with the quality of work performed and the professionalism of the team. The one area for improvement would be the estimates Regency provided for the owner supplied materials. We found these estimates to be very low, and we did not select the most high-end products. Plan to spend more than is outlined unless you go to a budget store like Floor & Decor. All in all, we would recommend Regency based on the excellent work they did for us.

After an initial visit to our house, he came back about a week later with 8 different detailed designs for us to choose from, at no cost to us. Front start to finish, we had someone working in our house Monday thru Friday with virtually no days of no work. Any questions we had along the way, Sam was very responsive and quick to answer. Having been through a kitchen remodel that took several months, I was skeptical of the timeline we were given of 6-8 weeks, but sure enough we were complete in 8 weeks, which we were super appreciative of with a baby on the way. Can't say enough good things about Regency, we will use them again for any future projects!
