I thought about how I wanted to share my experience. Anyhow, I know how very important it is to be confident in making any decisions when it comes to your health and especially choosing a new dentistry of moving to a new dentistry.
I had Grok do the leg work.
The criteria gave Grok was:
Owner operated
Up to date facilities
Extensive menu of services
Lowest number of negative reviews
Overall satisfaction
High reviews (regarding, service, workmanship, fair pricing)
Lowest number of junk reviews
Fair to moderate pricing satisfaction (value per dollar)
Low number of reviews regarding billing issues or back billing
Which 'bad' reviews were actually valid vs opinion tone
Do not recommend any chain high volume 'family dentistry'
Grok was wild. He did as I asked. He cross referenced over 25 web pages, also looked through google reviews , used X reviews and replies and tweets. Tossed out junk reviews and came up with Karmazin Dental.
I was impressed by the service from the moment I arrived. I was enthusiastically welcomed at reception. I loved Ashley, Angela and Dr. Molly Karnazin. Grok nailed it to the last detail. The patient suites are immaculate, overall appearance is appealing to the eye. As far as knowledge and information, everything's explained to you, clearly, detailed, and concise. My billing was very detailed. I had Grok check to see if they would take my dental insurance and it went just as Grok said it would go. The overall passion for dentistry and patient health is there. It's a dental experience. The process was very thorough (which I asked Grok for.)
From the design of the waiting room, down to the view outside of my patient suite, to the level of care and detailed workmanship. I strongly recommend it.
On a side note, the whole time I was musing at how well Grok matched me with a dentistry that matches my needs, personality and everything I asked for. Also for anyone who just moved to Sioux Falls from either a big city or just new to town and are looking for a dental office that offers a very thorough and positive experience, I highly recommend Karmazin Dental.

After forgetting I rescheduled my appointment for three cavity fillings, I went at the wrong time and they went out of their way to fit me in without having to come back (big thanks to Angela as well!). I have never enjoyed going to the dentist to have my teeth cleaned, but I will actually look forward to my next appointment! The method they use for cleaning is a newer technology that makes the experience enjoyable and much less time consuming. I have had a tough spot where my back molars made a pocket that finally resulted in a cavity. Dr. Molly and Dr. Corey talked to me about the treatment plan. The process wasn’t going to be easy, but despite the area being very hard to get at, I was comfortable the entire time.
