Very responsive in providing a reasonable quote. The work was quickly arranged and carried out. My only quibble was that the work took a couple of visits as not all of the buildings materials were brought on the first visit. But the fence looks lovely and I'm happy with the work.

We were very pleased with the initial consultation and the quote which had all the items cost voice per voice. This gave as the option to understand what we could save money from and what we could plan extra.
The worked have been carried out at good quality and the suggestions from Phillip made our front garden and the green roof bin storage something that lots of people notice.

Update:
Unfortunately there have been issues caused by insufficient support at the edge in this project, which I have asked to be remedied, but the company is unwilling to engage, despite repeated attempts to show the cause. It has been a disappointing experience since this initial result was ok, but ultimately the execution has failed after less than 13 months.
Further update:
The claim that the excavation was completed by a third party is correct, except from the area where failure occurred, as shown in the attached image. In this area the contractors performed the excavation by hand, and failed to follow the depth necessary. As originally stated, the business takes little responsibility after completion of the work, refusing to even visit or discuss a remedy. The outcome speaks for itself.
