Disrespectful and garbage service

Not a great experience at all, spent unnecessary time and effort being processed for jobs that don’t exist, very poor communication too.

Had to chase Darren for the rejection reason. I knew I hadn’t gotten the role but had to chase for them to confirm I didn’t. Either way I should’ve been informed once the employer informed AW I’d been rejected (they didn’t let me know I had to chase). They also couldn’t disclose the rejection reason straight away which is silly because they’ve already made the decision not to hire me (the justification should be provided the same time as the actual rejection). Also (and this isn’t AW fault) but the reason for rejection was for something totally outside of my control, so feel a little hard done by if I’m honest.
