I bought a car from this dealership on January 9, 2025 and am just now writing a review because life has been challenging for the past few months, which should tell you you how impressed I am with this dealership. First of all, I RARELY write reviews, let alone 4 months after the fact which alone should tell you how great our experience was. It was freezing cold outside and they had the car we wanted to test drive upfront & running, all nicely heated. Upon arrival, after we parked and walked up, we were personally greeted at the door which was opened for us by the manager. I saw him standing at the door and didn’t even realize he was waiting for us until we walked up and he greeted us and then walked us inside. Then we were seated at Tricia’s desk who of course offered us beverages. After our test drive and subsequent purchase, Tricia sat and patiently explained all of the bells and whistles in detail which for me is REALLY important because I hold onto my cars forever and a lot of technology changes in between cars for me. Everyone there was very personable and professional. I felt like a VIP client. And, they filled the gas tank up, which I always thought was a given when you bought a new car, however it’s not as we had also purchased a new truck from a dealership in Imlay City that refused to fill the tank on a $67,000 truck, which ended up being a blessing because that’s how we found Pat Curtis in Caro (since needless to say I wasn’t ever going back to the dealership in Imlay City). They also went out of their way to accommodate my work schedule. And, when I was initially shopping around, Tricia had reached out via email and was helpful and available without being annoyingly pushy ( ie I don’t know how long this one’s going to last, etc.). I highly recommend this friendly, professional dealership that treats you like family.
